Catching Up with Jeffrey Osborne
Our Soul Train Cruise co-host Jerry Wells recently sat down with the always delightful and Soul Train Cruise fan-favorite JEFFREY OSBORNE for another All Access Pass from Home. The two caught up on what Osborne’s been up to in the past year, how it feels to be back touring live and what he looks forward to the most on the Soul Train Cruise next January. You’ll also hear a bit about his non-profit organization, The Jeffrey Osborne Foundation, and the incredible work he’s done to help the communities of Rhode Island, where he was born and raised.
In case you missed the big news…last month we announced that Jeffrey Osborne will be back by popular demand to perform on our 2022 sailing! He was a part of our very first Soul Train Cruise lineup back in 2013 and we are honored to have him back next January for what will be his 5th time performing for us onboard.
Osborne’s solo career has brought him four Grammy nominations and five gold and platinum albums, including Stay with Me Tonight, Only Human, and his debut self-entitled album Jeffrey Osborne. His Mainstage performances on past Soul Train Cruises have been some of our favorites, as he swoons the crowd every time and even gets members of the audience to sing along to his hits including "On the Wings of Love," and "You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song)." You’d better start warming up your Woo Woo Woo’s and preparing for another unforgettable performance from Mr. Jeffrey Osborne.
