The Whispers are Thrilled to Host This Year’s Wine Tasting Event with Tony Cornelius
Tony Cornelius and the ship sommelier host the 2015 Don Cornelius Family of Fine Wines Wine Tasting event onboard the Soul Train Cruise
A new tradition on the Soul Train Cruise is for Tony Cornelius to invite a featured Soul Train artist and the ship’s distinguished sommelier to showcase premier wines paired with a traditional soul food menu for an educational, delicious and inspiring event.
This year, The Whispers will be joining their close friend in presenting wines from the Don Cornelius Family of Wines that have been curated from the finest wineries around the globe.
Considerable time, detail and “soul” have been contemplated to produce a delicious menu that accentuates its perfect vintage counterpart. All proceeds from this magical event that celebrates the legacy of Don Cornelius, will benefit the Don Cornelius Foundation, which is dedicated to establishing programs for awareness, prevention, and support for those contemplating suicide or for survivors who have lost loved ones to suicide.
