Soul Train Cruise 2016 Theme Nights Announced

We’ll be headed to the Caribbean in just a few short months for the 2016 voyage on the Hippest Trip at Sea and it’s never too early to start planning your packing list.  You still have time to shop for the perfect linen white night outfit.  Take your finest gowns and suits to the dry cleaner to make sure they’re at their glittering best.  Perhaps peruse the after-Halloween sales for the perfect Funk Night costume.

Here’s a list of some fun and exciting theme nights we’ll have aboard the Soul Train Cruise 2016 and a few tips to help get your packing plans started.

White Hot Night

Easy breezes and beautiful music combine as the backdrop for White Hot Night as cruise guests don the latest in elegant island apparel.  White linen abounds as guests enjoy a banquet under the stars and then head upstairs to Club Soul Train and watch everyone glow “White Hot” as the party gets really underway.

Pa-JAM-A Party Night

What’s better than crawling into your pajamas after an amazing day of music and memories?  How about wearing your pa-JAM-as to the Soul Train Cruise late night party?  Enjoy a poolside jam in your (tasteful) PJs while you dance the night away with your fellow cruisers.

Celebrate the Road to the Super Bowl with Sports Jersey Night

Celebrate the road to the Super Bowl at this tailgate at sea.  Wear your favorite sports team’s jersey with pride at this lively party filled with good-natured rivalries and playful competition.  Whether you’re a Falcons fanatic, crazy for the Seahawks or bleed Cowboys Blue, everyone is a winner on this night.

Centric presents Formal Night:  Dress to the Nines

After a week of parties, there is no doubt left in anyone’s mind that Soul Train style is like no other.  Our Centric presents Formal Night: Dress to the Nines extravaganza takes fashion to a whole new level, with guests wearing their absolute finest.  Be red carpet ready in your favorite cocktail attire as no one does formal wear like the Soul Train Cruise.

Have You Got the Funk? It's Funk Night

Always one of the most anticipated nights on the Hippest Trip at Sea, this costume party is your chance to make it funky and go old school to celebrate the Soul Train legacy. So break out the platforms and wide collars, the afros and flares because prizes will be awarded to the funkiest cruisers.
