Jacob often credits Nate for launching his musical journey. Within the last year, Jacob has performed with Empress of Soul, Gladys Knight, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, India Arie, and gospel star Kirk Franklin, and has recorded with super-producers Tricky Stewart, Rodney Jerkins, Ray Chew, Harvey Mason Jr. and the legendary Don Was.

Recently Jacob dusted off his theater chops to appear in various productions alongside: Marla Gibbs, Lucie Arnaz, Jackée Harry, Loretta Devine, Darius McCrary, Lou Christie, and Mary Wilson just to name a few. He was also afforded the opportunity to perform alongside industry Veteran, Joe Morton, one of his theatrical inspirations, in the show "Turn Me Loose". A talented singer, songwriter, and actor, Jacob Lusk has proven to be a triple threat in the entertainment industry and this "New Sound Of Compton" is now prepared to take his uniquely distinguished sound to the world with new music launching in 2018.
